At the 2015 edition, Team USA took the Gold Medal for the first time in the event’s history, breaking Team Australia’s three-year streak of winning Gold.

The ISA World SUP and Paddleboard Championship has seen explosive growth since the inaugural event in 2012. The World Championship’s participation has nearly tripled heading into its fifth edition.
