“This week started off with strong offshore winds and chest to head high waves for a beginner sup surfer camp. Guests did great in the challenging beach break conditions to start the week. As conditions changed we did some exploring and ended up at one of our favourite protected reef breaks for a few evening sup surf sessions.

Deliberate practice of the key points that guests needed to work on was a daily task. We coached guests on the water, and after each session through video analysis. One of the best ways to improve is by seeing yourself sup surfing on video and having a professional coach break it down.”
