TWO BARE FEET PADDLE BOARD REVIEW | ENTRADIA 10’10

Verdict
Two Bare Feet have simplified the search for medium to large paddlers looking for their first board. At 10’0 x 34” x 6” and with 345 litres of volume the Entradia is a huge board that will float up to 210 kg or two socially distanced prop forwards. Everything you need for a safe entry into sup is here. There’s a choice of packages, ours came with the tough Fibreglass Hybrid paddle which felt like a one-piece. Thumbs up from us.

Overview

The 10’10 Entradia is a light board considering its generous dimensions. It’s made from an ultra-light double-walled PVC with two stiffening stringers running down the middle of it. The construction is very tidy with neat, flush seams. On deck you’ve got a centre carry handle plus one on the nose and another on the tail – handy not only or two people carrying a loaded sup, but also useful for towing points. The supplied Fibreglass Hybrid paddle is a good once at this price point; it has much better performance than an alloy/nylon type but it still durable enough to soak up scrapes and the occasional naughty rock-prod.

The board comes with a coil leash, repair kit, pump, and optional extras such as dry bag, electric pump and kayak seat.

Brand Claim

The Entradia Allround 10’10” iSUP is an ultra lightweight, rigid and stable, no-nonsense board at a very reasonable price. Designed with medium to large adult riders and in mind, it’ll also comfortably float a rider and passenger or large cargo load for a long day on the water and will also work well for smaller riders as it is still small enough to be easy to control and manoeuvre. Suitable for beginners to intermediates, these boards are incredibly versatile and high performing for a range of SUP disciplines.

Performance

This is a 10’10 all-rounder so if you’ve ever been on a sup board before you’ll know what to expect: a big, wide platform with oodles of stability and plenty of space to put kids and dogs.

Any instructors or centres should take a look at the 10’10 Entradia as a board that would ensure you are prepared for absolutely anyone that walks through the door for a sup lesson or hire. For a couple of kids it also makes a neat tandem-style sup too.

There’s six D-rings on deck for leashing, towing, fixing accessories and we’ve got to mention the rubber glued on side fins – Two Bare Feet have modified the design so that these fins are shorter and wider, so have the same surface area but are less prone to bending and deforming when you roll the board up.

Bigger adults and families on the water with a complete package and start having fun straight away should check out the beamy Entradia; we think the Fibreglass Hybrid package is a smart way to go.
